The Gauntlet a Board Gaming Multi Day Tournament
A 3 Day Multi Game Tournament: February 15th - 17th

Coming February as part of Strategicon, Pizza Games and Zombies podcast returns with it’s first ever Gauntlet: A 3 day game tournament that will be live streamed to an estimated audience of 100,000 viewers!
Last con PGZ came and streamed from the convention floor, talking to a handful of game designers and demo’ing a few games on cam to 30,000 viewers.
We’ve selected games that feature different mechanism and require different play styles to give the tournament an interesting scope.
Day One:

Friday: Ascension Chronicle of the Godslayer (Card Game) - 5pm to 9pm
Go head to head in a fast paced fantasy card battle in this epic Deck Builder Game.
Day Two:

Saturday: Ticket to Ride (Strategy/Board Game) - 5pm to 9pm
Next you’re a railroad tycoon making tracks across America for control of all the rails! Get your fare’s from here to their, cause it’s winning that’s the fairest victory!
Day Three

Sunday – the Final: ??? - 6pm to 8pm
We aim to shake things up by unveiling an awesome game for Day Three. Our finalists alone will move on to play in this last epic game.
The Friday and Saturday Games will be announced LIVE on the PGZ live streaming show Sunday the 20th at 6pm on http://stickam.com/samproof
How to Enter:
While pre-registration is not necessary for the Gauntlet it would help us get a head cout if you would like to register (on the strategicon site) . You will still be allowed to enter by showing up to the PGZ game room anytime Friday between 5pm and 8:45pm to play head to head with your opponent.
The Winner Gets:
• The First Ever PGZ Gauntlet Trophy (or maybe it’ll be a cool belt)
• A gift certificate from theGameCrater.com
• A 4 day pass to a future Strategicon event
• and possibly more!
